Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online, rides need at least 2 hours of notice and hourly bookings at least 24 hours. For same-day requests, call (720) 388-3100 and we will confirm availability.
Cancellations 24 or more hours before pickup receive a full refund. Between 12 and 24 hours, you receive a partial refund and a cancellation fee applies. Between 2 and 12 hours, you receive a 50% refund. Less than 2 hours before pickup, there is no refund.
Gratuity is not included in the fare. Tips are optional, and 100% of tips go directly to your driver.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is processed securely through Square when you book.
