Yes. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations 12-24 hours before receive a partial refund. Cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Yes! We offer hourly rentals with a 3-hour minimum. Perfect for weddings, events, wine tours, or sightseeing. Daily and multi-day rentals are also available.

Pricing is based on distance (per mile), time (per minute), base fare, and any additional stops. Airport rides have a small surcharge. Late night rides (10pm-6am) have a slightly higher per-mile rate. You'll see the total price before confirming.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Square payment system. Payment is processed at the time of booking.

Gratuity is not included in the base fare. You can add a tip after your ride is completed through your booking dashboard. 100% of tips go directly to your driver.

Cancellation fees apply based on timing: Free cancellation 24+ hours before pickup, 50% fee for 12-24 hours, and 100% fee for less than 2 hours before pickup.
