The hard part of a big Denver concert is not getting there, it is getting home. Twenty thousand people leave Ball Arena or Fiddler's Green at the same moment, rideshare prices jump, pickup zones jam, and the parking garage takes half an hour to empty.
With a private chauffeur you skip all of it. We pick you up at home, your hotel or dinner, drop you as close to the entrance as the venue allows, and agree on a pickup point for after the show. When the encore ends you text your chauffeur and walk to the car.
Most concert bookings are hourly, so the chauffeur stays with you for the night: dinner first, the show, drinks after, and home. For a straight drop-off and pickup, we can quote a round trip instead.
Ball Arena sits less than a mile from Union Station, but on a sold-out night the streets around it are the slowest in the city. Mission Ballroom in RiNo, and the Fillmore and Ogden on Colfax, are a few minutes away with very little parking. For all of them, the value is a guaranteed car at the end of the night rather than a short drive.
Downtown concert nights often start with dinner in LoDo, Larimer Square or RiNo. With an hourly booking your chauffeur takes you from the restaurant to the venue and keeps the car close.
Fiddler's Green is in Greenwood Village, about 15 miles south of downtown Denver, around 22 minutes without traffic. Summer shows end with thousands of cars leaving the same lots onto I-25 and Arapahoe Road at once.
We know the drop-off and pickup options around the amphitheatre, and a chauffeur who is not parked in the main lots gets out ahead of most of the traffic.
Stadium tours at Empower Field at Mile High and summer shows at Folsom Field in Boulder bring the biggest crowds of the year. Plan the pickup point with your chauffeur before the show, because phones struggle when 70,000 people are on the same network.

Before the show you and your chauffeur agree on a pickup point near the venue, away from the main traffic. When the show ends you text or call the chauffeur and walk to the car. Agreeing in advance matters, because mobile networks slow down when a stadium empties.
Most concert bookings are hourly, with a 3-hour minimum, so the chauffeur stays with you from pickup to drop-off and you can add dinner or drinks. A round trip, drop-off before and pickup after, can also be quoted.
About 15 miles south, in Greenwood Village, roughly 22 minutes without traffic. On show nights the roads around the amphitheatre are congested before and after, so we leave margin.
On an hourly booking the chauffeur stays until the end of your reserved time; time beyond it is added at the overtime rate if the chauffeur is available. Reserve a little more time than you expect to be safe.
