Copper Mountain is about 101 miles from Denver International Airport and 78 from downtown Denver. In normal traffic it takes about two hours from the airport, and the whole drive is on I-70: west through the foothills, through the Eisenhower Tunnel, past Frisco, and off at exit 195 at the foot of Vail Pass.
That makes Copper the simplest of the big Summit County transfers, with no second highway once you leave the interstate. It also means the drive depends entirely on I-70, which on winter weekends and storm days is the slowest part of any Colorado ski trip. Our chauffeurs plan around it rather than sit in it.
Copper is split into three villages, East Village, Center Village and West Village, which are far enough apart that the drop-off point matters. Tell us where you are staying and we take you to that door.
No pass road after the tunnel. The only variable is interstate traffic, and we time the trip around it.
Your pickup follows the real arrival time, so a delayed flight does not leave you stranded at DIA.

About 2 hours for roughly 101 miles in normal traffic, all on I-70 west through the Eisenhower Tunnel to exit 195. Weekend ski traffic and winter storms can add significant time.
Yes. The return is the same I-70 route. Eastbound traffic toward Denver is heaviest on weekend afternoons, so we build in extra time for afternoon flights on Saturdays and Sundays.
No. Copper sits between them: Frisco and the road to Breckenridge are a few exits east, and Vail is on the other side of Vail Pass to the west. We can include a stop at either in your transfer.
The one where you are staying. East Village, Center Village and West Village are spread along the base of the mountain, so we drop you at your lodging rather than a central point.
Yes. Our SUVs take up to 6 passengers with room for luggage and gear. Tell us how many sets when you book so we assign the right vehicle.
The total depends on the vehicle, the time and any add-ons, and it is shown before you confirm the booking. Call (720) 388-3100 for a quote on your dates.
