A wedding day is a schedule, not a single ride. Hourly service keeps the chauffeur and the vehicle with you between the ceremony, the photos and the reception. The minimum is 3 hours; most wedding days fall into the half day (4 to 7 hours) or full day (8 hours or more) tiers.
Online bookings for hourly service need at least 24 hours of notice, and popular dates go first. Reserve a little more time than the plan says, so a late ceremony or a long photo session does not run into overtime charges.

Yes, within the capacity of the vehicle: each SUV carries up to 6 passengers, so one vehicle on an hourly booking can make several runs between a hotel and the venue, or we can schedule more than one vehicle so everyone arrives together. Send us the guest count and the timeline and we will suggest a plan.
From downtown Denver, Boettcher Mansion on Lookout Mountain and Red Rocks are each about 30 to 35 minutes without traffic, and Highlands Ranch Mansion about the same. Saturday afternoon traffic on I-70, US-6 or C-470 can add 15 minutes or more, so we build that into the schedule.
If your chauffeur is available, extra time is added at the overtime hourly rate. Reserving a little more time than your timeline calls for is the simplest way to avoid it.
Cancellations 24 or more hours before pickup receive a full refund. Between 12 and 24 hours, you receive a partial refund and a cancellation fee applies. Between 2 and 12 hours, you receive a 50% refund. Less than 2 hours before pickup, there is no refund.
