About 26.5 miles. The drive takes roughly 35 minutes without traffic, via Peña Boulevard and I-70 west. Peña Boulevard is the only road in and out of the airport, so allow extra time during peak departure hours and in winter weather.

The route we use to downtown, Peña Boulevard and I-70 west, is not a toll road. Trips to the north and west suburbs sometimes use E-470, which is tolled; if your route needs it, it appears in your total before you confirm.
